KEITH BISHOP

Keith is dual qualified as a solicitor in Scotland and England. He was a tutor on the Diploma for construction at Edinburgh University for several years and is a trained and qualified as a Mediator accredited with the London School of Mediation.

Keith advises on both procurement strategy and the drafting of building contracts as well as disputes. He has in depth experience of litigation, arbitration and other methods of dispute resolution such as mediation. Keith has conducted numerous high value construction adjudications and acted as the adjudicator in a number of major disputes.
